How do I book a GoGo party?

We recommend that you book 2-6 weeks prior to your preferred date.
Please note that bookings are not secured until full deposit has been paid. Birthday party bookings can be made for Saturday and Sunday between 8am - 6pm. Birthday parties can be booked from Monday through to Sunday during School Holidays only. We can extend a party finish time beyond 6pm however sufficient lighting is required during non-daylight saving.
What are the costs of a GoGo Party?
A GoGo Healthy Kids Party will cost $250 for up to 10 children, $300 for 10 - 15 children, $350 for 15 - 20 children, $425 for 20 - 25 children and $500 for 25 - 30 children. Therefore all children will receive a GoGo prize and will have an unforgettable Birthday.
What are suitable locations for a GoGo Party?
We recommend a medium to large grass area with shelter from the sun for our parties. All parks, beaches, playgrounds, your backyard or maybe inside your house could be suitable.

What happens in case of rain on your Birthday?
In the case of wet weather we leave the decision up to you on the day. We are happy to attend the party and run the activities in any weather condition, provided it does not put children at risk. If you decide to postpone or cancel we require 90 minutes notice, if you decide to postpone there are no additional charges to re-book. If you decide to cancel you will not receive a refund of your deposit.
Terms & Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit of one hundred dollars ($100.00) is payable to secure a booking. Final adjustments must be made within five (5) business days of the party date.
- Your party will not be confirmed until we receive full payment of the deposit.
- A GoGo birthday party has a minimum cost of $200 for 10 children. For any additional child an extra $15 will be charged unless there is a special discount in place.
- The total amount of children and costs will be determined on the day of the party by the GoGo Healthy Kids staff.
- You agree to book and pay for the party venue and that you are responsible to secure a back-up venue in the case of inclement weather.
- You agree to inform us of any changes to the venue address and time as soon as possible. We do not take responsibility for late arrival and/or non-arrival of our coaches as a result of incorrect information provided by you or late changes.
- Parties are subject to cancellation and re-arrangement in the event of unsuitable weather. In the event of wet weather, an alternate day will be negotiated subject to availability.
- You agree that GoGo Healthy Kids retains the right to use for publicity and advertising purposes, photographs of participants taken at site of party.
- GoGo Healthy Kids do not accept any liability for personal injury, property damage or loss sustained by any participant as a result of his or her participation in a party due to any cause whatsoever unless caused by the proven negligence of Kids Sports Parties, its directors or contractors.
