Terms & Conditions

Bookings-Payment

  1. Booking and payment must be completed prior to any GoGo Healthy Kids event. 
  2. Enrolment forms must be submitted online or sent back by mail, email, or handed back to GoGo Healthy Kids staff prior to your child’s participation to any activities.
  3. 1. By enrolling your child/ren into a Program/s you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined.
    2. If enrolment is cancelled more than 10 business days prior to the start of the program, you will receive a refund of payments less $50.00 administration fee.
    3. If enrolment is cancelled less than 10 business days prior to the start of a Program, the program fee is non- refundable.

Punctuality & attendance

  1. It is your responsibility for your child to arrive in time for his/her session.
  2. If you are late, your child will not warm up correctly prior to the physical exercises.

Lost property

  1. Participants will be responsible for their own belongings. We advise kids not to bring any valuables with them (toys, signed jerseys, etc...)
  2. GoGo Healhty Kids will not be held responsible for the loss of property.

Wet Weather

      1.We will inform you as close to your class time as possible if we will be cancelling your session due to wet weather. Please DO NOT text or call to ask us whether the session will be running, we will inform you via a text if the session is cancelled. Otherwise the session is running as normal. We run our sessions in the rain – unless we are informed by the venue that the courts are not suitable for play. You will be offered 1 make up lesson due to wet weather per term which will take place at the end of the term (10th week).

 

Medical clearance

  1. You must complete the Medical condition section of our registration form.
  2. If your child has a medical condition you are strongly advised to seek a registered medical practitioner's advice before booking into a course.
  3. If your child has a medical condition and is unable to obtain clearance from a registered Medical practitioner then he/she cannot commence the course.

Safety rules & regulations

  1. Your child must comply with the safety regulations and instructions of GoGo Healthy Kids at all times.
  2. If at any time the course trainer considers that your child is jeopardizing the safety of others and/or disrupting the course, then he/she may be asked to stop training until further notice. We will, of course, contact you and give you a full report of the incident.

Responsibilities

GoGo Healthy Kids will not be held responsible for any injury or illness your child suffer as a result of any on-going medical condition or a poor standard of health or fitness.

Photos & videos

Photos and videos might be taken during GoGo Healthy Kids activities. Unless specified otherwise upon registration, GoGo Healthy Kids reserve the right to use their content for advertising purposes.

As a parent/guardian:

I understand that there exists an element of risk when my child is undertaking any exercise program or sporting activity such as GoGo Healthy Kids Fitness Program. I also acknowledge that the GoGo staff will, to the best of their ability, monitor and care for, the well-being and safety of my child. I acknowledge that there exists no reason as to why my child should not exercise and I also understand and agree that in the event of injury or illness, whilst in attendance at any GoGo Healthy Kids training, I give my permission for a representative of GoGo Healthy Kids to make decisions on my child’s behalf concerning the most appropriate action to be taken with respect to my child’s condition. In signing this form, I affirm that I have read it in its entirety and that all my questions regarding the proposed exercise programs have been answered to my satisfaction. My child’s participation is totally voluntary. I agree to assume the risk of such exercise for my child, and further agree to hold harmless GoGo Healthy Kids its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents and any other persons associated from any and all claims, suits, losses, or related causes of action for damages, including, but not limited to, such claims that may result from injury or death, accidental or otherwise arising in any way from the exercise regime.

Informed Consent

By signing any GoGo Healthy Kids enrolment form, you give your consent that you are aware of all our terms and conditions.
